Grievance
High ranking officials in the Bush Administration authorized water-boarding on prisoners. Waterboarding is torture. Torture is illegal under federal and international law. So high ranking officials in the Bush Administration broke federal and international law. It's time to enforce the law. Please call for a special prosecutor to investigate and prosecute the Bush Administration for torture.
